How to get here by plane
We live here in Swedish Lapland. We have travelled the journey you are considering many times and we have spent a lot of time finding the most comfortable, fastest and cost effective ways to get here.
Please note that most of our package deals include flights in the price, so if you are considering a trip to Swedish Lapland it would be best to look at these first. Basic packages include flights, transfers to your self catering accommodation, and said accommodation all from £599.99 per person.
By Plane
To reach Swedish Lapland by plane takes about 2 hours 15 minutes from the UK to Stockholm, followed by a 1 hour 15 minute flight from Stockholm to Luleå. When booked well in advance, SAS usually offer the best value for money for round-trip flights. Check the one-way options though as these can be cheaper at different times of the year.

Ryan Air
If you like using Ryan Air, they often offer some incredible bargains to Sweden. Ryan Air fly to Stockholm Skavsta and you will need to travel across Stockholm to the Stockholm Arlanda Airport to take a flight with another airline to the north of Sweden (1 hour 15 minutes).

Combining operators
You can of course combine airlines. British Airways offer some competitive flights from the UK to Stockholm Arlanda. You can then book via SAS or Norwegian Airways for the internal flight up to Luleå Kallx in Swedish Lapland.
